Job Description
We are seeking a passionate STEM Educator to join our team at Thinking EDU. As a teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Your role will involve fostering a supportive learning environment, facilitating hands-on experiments, and inspiring students to explore STEM subjects. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and contribute to the academic growth of our students.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking.
- Incorporate hands-on experiments and project-based learning activities into the curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum materials.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date on educational trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM-related field, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching STEM subjects, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of current educational technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
