Educational Content Developer

We are seeking a creative Educational Content Developer to join our team at Thinking EDU. As an Educational Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality educational materials that align with curriculum standards and enhance the learning experience for our students. Your role will involve working closely with educators to develop engaging and effective content across various STEM subjects. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student learning and contribute to the development of innovative educational resources.

The position will have the following responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and multimedia resources.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure content accuracy.

- Incorporate best practices in instructional design to create effective learning experiences.

- Review existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and educational value.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in STEM education and incorporate new ideas into content development.

- Provide support and training to educators on the use of developed materials.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, a STEM-related field, Instructional Design, or a related area.

- Proven experience in developing educational content, preferably in a STEM discipline.

- Strong understanding of curriculum development principles.

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.

- Proficiency with educational technology tools and content authoring software.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
